CARTON BOX
Wood panel packaging. A quality package made from strong corrugated cardboard for safe transport and presentable display of wood panels. A special viewing window on the package allows the actual panel surface, texture, and finish to be seen without opening the package.
Technical data
Package dimensions: Length 1490 mm, Width 235 mm, Height 150 mm. Capacity: 2.4-2.6 m2 of panels. Capacity depends on panel width. Product length inside the carton: 1450 mm. For 140 mm boards, one carton contains 13 pieces. For 115 mm boards, one carton contains 17 pieces. Package weight: about 16-17 kg.

Bulk wood panel packaging. A strong and weather-resistant bulk package for safe storage and transport of wood panels. The package is built on a durable wooden pallet and suits warehousing, container shipping, and direct deliveries to construction sites and resellers.
Package construction
Strong wooden base for safe forklift handling. Wood panels tied with plastic straps into compact mini-packs. Each mini-pack contains 8 panel boards. The full bulk package is covered with durable protective film on all six sides. The top surface has a double protective layer for added moisture and transport protection.
Dimensions
Width: 1000 mm. Height: up to 1000 mm. Length: 2400-4800 mm according to need and panel dimensions. The client can request board lengths between 2400 mm and 4800 mm.
Capacity
Suitable for transporting about 100-200 m2 of wood panels. Capacity depends on panel length and profile.
Weight
Estimated package weight is about 7 kg/m2.

Carton boxes placed on EUR or FIN pallet. Up to 28 corrugated cardboard packages on one pallet. Package corners reinforced with wooden boards. Sides covered with durable stretch film. Top part covered with strong protective film. The full pallet package tied with plastic straps for stability. Package provided with product information and markings.

1490 x 235 x 150 mm.
Bulk package dimensions
According to the EUR or FIN pallet used. Height depends on the number of packed boxes.
